travel guide: aruba’s pink flamingo island

Stephen and I were so looking forward to a relaxing getaway before the new year and we absolutely got that in Aruba! We had decided to do 5 nights / 6 days in the Oranjestad area of the island. Luckily, a friend recommended The Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino! After seeing that the Resort had a private beach with flamingos, I was easily sold.

True life: I love to travel. The travel bug is real and once you have been bitten, there is no going back. The one thing I hate about traveling is rounding up your fellow travelers and waiting for everyone to make a decision. I mean, if there is an Expedia deal, I am going for it! For my recent trip to southern France, I really wanted to channel my inner Parisian with a couple French flairs. The French look is casual and effortless which made it easy to pack!  As any French film would point out,  the one accessory you need to achieve this goal is a scarf (now, my latest obsession).
