Since the Houzz article, I have gotten a ton of home decor questions! Mainly, about where I shop. While I am a big-time thrift shopper and love supporting local businesses here in DC (S/O to Salt & Sundry and Urban Dwell), I do have my online favorite shops bookmarked.
I don’t know about ya’ll about home decor shopping online can be intimidating. There are just SO many options! To help narrow down the Internet, I typically go straight to certain hotspots depending on what I am searching for and what my budget is. For example, I always go to Minted and Etsy when it comes to art, but wouldn’t necessarily check there for new furniture. Additionally, if my budget is tight, I will stick to my budget-friendly places like Overstock or Amazon.
I have rounded up my favorite home decor shopping spots below! I have also included some of my personal decor must-haves and a few items on my own wishlist (if you can’t tell, I’m on the hunt for a new rug!).
Do you have a favorites list when it comes to home decor? Would love to hear where you are loving lately!
Home Decor Favorites
CB2: The daughter of Crate & Barrel has everything from modern furniture to trendy decorative objects. However, their dining/kitchen game is where they really shine if you ask me!
Lulu & Georgia: All the gold knick knacks! This is my favorite place to look for decorative objects. They also have a huge selection of killer rugs and pillows!
Eclectic Goods: Looking to add to your bohome? Eclectic Goods will be right up your alley! I love their unique lighting and furniture.
Amazon: Amazon can do it all and that includes decorating your space. This is such great spot to shop for books, acrylic organizers, and kitchenware.
Jonathan Adler: My favorite (and only, really) place I splurge! Their funky vases, decorative objects, and quirky canisters are a fun addition to any room.
Furbish Studio: Unique decor alert! I have been shopping at Furbish for a few years now and they keep getting more and more funky! I love their selection of trays, bins, baskets, and tabletop decor. I am also a huge fan of their lighting selection!
Overstock: When the budget is tight, my first stop is Overstock. They have a huge selection so narrowing it down by price still gives you plenty of shapes and styles.
Etsy: This is my go-to spot for all things art! Etsy is also a great place to find unique pieces like floor pillows, decorative wall hooks, or unique vases.
