HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDES ’18!

The Design-Obsessed

Chances are, the interior lovers in your life are constantly re-arranging so my favorite thing to gift design fanatics are accents! From decorative objects to art prints, these make for great gifts for the design-obsessed.

Decorative Objects: For those who love to style and re-style, give em something to work with! Lulu & Georgia and All Modern are my two favorite spots to find decorative pieces. This Peace Sign is my all-time fave!

Accent Trays & Bowls: Who doesn’t love a good accent bowl or tray?! Stick to neutral colors or natural tones for easy versatility! I love these Gianna Dishes from CB2 for storing kick-knacks and this accent bowl from Target is under $25!

Artwork: Support creatives this season and give the gift of art. This is probably one of my FAVORITE things to give because it can be such a special gift to cherish for years to come. This portrait from Josh Young is on my wishlist this year!

Planters: Any green thumbs in your life? I LOVE a good planter but it’s never something I want to spend my money on. A braided or rattan planter is ideal for indoor or outdoor use!

Books: One can never have enough coffee table books! These make for the perfect gift for the friend who has just about everything – and the Cozy Minimalist Home: More Style, Less Stuff is perfect for this time of year.

THE FASHION FIEND

For the trendy and fashionably gals in your life, I tend to stay away from clothing and stick with accessories. You can find some stylish goods at almost any price.

Scarves & Wraps: Perfect for this time of year! You can find some great scarf deals at Target or handmade goods on Etsy. If you are shopping for something special, the White + Warren Cashmere Wrap is my favorite splurge and is on sale at Tuckernuck with code GOWILD.

Jewelry Holder: I can get pretty picky when it comes to jewelry so I don’t love gifting it. However, jewelry dishes and holders are a whole other story!  Help your gal pal keep her jewels organized with this Jewelry Stand from Kendra Scott.

Accessories: While I don’t love gifting jewelry, I LOVE giving hats, bags, and hair accessories. This trendy Croc bag is gift for your super trendy friend and who doesn’t love a cute pom-pom hat?!

Subscription Service: If you have a picky friend (like me), give them the gift of choice! Rocksbox is a jewelry subscription service, much like Stitch Fix and Trunk Club. Plus, get one month FREE with the code ‘alyssekatherinexoxo’!

1. White and Warren Cashmere Wrap $295 *+25% off!   2.  Jewelry Stand $80  3.  Croc Handbag $70   4. Pom-Pom Hat $30   5. Rocksbox Subscription $21/month

Beauty gurus are always fun to shop for, but can be tricky! Good news: there are always killer deals on beauty products during the Holidays.

Beauty Sets: Makeup sets and beauty kits are always a good idea, plus they are usually on major sale this time of year. I’m recently obsessed with Urban Decay’s Naked Cherry palette and the set would make for a great gift!

Lipsticks: One can NEVER have enough lipsticks. This YSL Lipstick Set is such a steal for the luxe lover.

Beauty Accessories: Think of the personal style of the lady you are shopping for. For a more classic gift, go for the simple and sleek cosmetic case. For the one always trying new products, a jade roller would make for the perfect accessory and is under $50!

Organic Skincare: Have a friend who is going all-natural? I can’t recommend the matcha cleanser from ODACITÉ enough! It’s a perfect addition to any beauty routine.
